Refunds - Personalized Symbol Design

This refund policy will apply only to Personalized Symbol Designs. Due to the nature of digital products and services our refunding window is very small. If you change your mind and you need to get a refund it should be done within 12 hours of ordering the product and we will happily issue you a refund. All refunds are subject to our discretion and approval. Proof of purchase is required.

But if you request a refund after you received the symbol designs, you will not be able to get a refund, but instead of a refund, you can request free revisions until you are satisfied. The reason we cannot offer a refund upon completion of the symbol design is we have no way to recover the cost we invested in creating the personalized symbol design.

But refunds may be issued for the following special circumstance: A customer has unintentionally purchased a duplicate package or multiple packages of the same design package.

Once we have received a refund request sent to us through the below form or on our contact us page for duplicate purchases, and have reviewed the file, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund request is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Refunds - Personalized Jewelry

If you don’t receive the product within 6 weeks from the date of purchase please let us know. We will provide a replacement or a refund. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and the correct details for the personalized symbols artwork that will engrave on Rings or Necklaces. Full/Partial refunds also available if the customer receive a damaged item or a wrong product.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds usually take about 4-8 business days to arrive into the bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changes to the orders

If a customer has any changes to the Personalized symbol design orders, should be informed us within 12 hours of ordering. because we start working on digital product orders after 12 hours of ordering to deliver the order within 24 hours to meet our promises and to maintain our fast delivery service. 

Any changes to the Jewelry item orders need to be done within 24 hours from the purchased date. No design changes will be allowed once the production has started. To update the shipping address please contact us. If the order is not shipped we will update the address.
